Tyler Tafuri's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He represents international and U.S. clients in a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, disputes based on structured products, and business restructuring and reorganization proceedings. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, drafting and responding to discovery, expert preparation, and dispositive motion practice.
Tyler maintains an active pro bono practice. He has particular experience representing clients from Central American countries seeking asylum in the United States, especially individuals seeking refuge based upon political opinion.
