Justin Taylor practices intellectual property law with a focus on technology, licensing, and commercial transactions. Justin works with companies at all stages in a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, financial services, aerospace, consumer products, and education.

Justin's experience includes structuring and negotiating license, software, services, manufacturing, purchase, nondisclosure, and other commercial agreements. He also assists clients with intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs, and private equity investments.

Prior to his law practice, Justin worked as a systems engineer at a large U.S. defense contractor where he developed high-fidelity physics computer simulations and models.
