Gülsen Taspinar focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation, including tort litigation and director's liability claims.

Gülsen also has experience in commercial arbitration. She represents domestic and international clients in commercial proceedings before arbitral institutions such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration and regularly acts in proceedings concerning the enforcement of international arbitral awards.

In addition, Gülsen is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, and purchase agreements and in general terms and conditions.
