Bill Sinchuk focuses his practice on private equity transactions, M&A for public and private companies, and general corporate governance matters. He has been involved in transactions in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, commercial, technology, retail and packaging, and labeling.
Bill's most recent representations include: EagleTree Capital in connection with the acquisition of Gaylord Chemical Company from its founders; Cortec Group in its sale of WU Holdco, a holding company for Weiman Products and Urnex Brands, to The Carlyle Group and TA Associates; and Pegasus Capital Advisors in its sale of Pure Biofuels del Peru S.A.C. to Valero Energy Corporation.
