Robert Silman represents and counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters and internal investigations. He has experience with fact investigation, e-discovery, and motions practice.

Robert's recent experience includes representing clients in a wide range of civil lawsuits, including cases involving business or contractual disputes, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), and Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). In addition, Robert works on matters involving peace officer misconduct and reform, including work for the Chicago Police Board.

Robert's experience also includes representing criminal defendants through the Firm's participation in the Criminal Justice Act federal defender program.
