Mark Stevens represents clients in complex commercial matters, including mediations and arbitrations related to construction disputes and federal securities law. He has experience in state and federal court litigation and international arbitration matters as well as in a wide range of briefing matters involving various stages of pretrial litigation, including motions practice, discovery, and expert witnesses.
Mark maintains an active pro bono practice, including work to further Jones Day's efforts to combat human trafficking and to support the Firm-sponsored Eradicate Hate Global Summit.
