Juana San Martin's practice focuses on complex business litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, drafting and responding to discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Juana is committed to public service and serving pro bono clients. She has experience representing clients from Central American countries seeking asylum in the United States, especially individuals seeking refuge based upon political opinion or membership in a particular social group.
