Joshua Smith brings a honed background in research and communication to bear in representing and advising clients. His recent experience includes performing critical research on teams defending fast food franchises, universities, and rideshare companies in employment actions and helping to advise hospitality and construction companies regarding potential wage and hour liability.
Before attending law school, Joshua was a teaching fellow with the Pennsylvania State University’s Department of English.
