Ashley Sarkozi's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She represents international and U.S. clients in a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, business torts, and government investigations. She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, pretrial motions, and trial.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Ashley served a one-year federal clerkship in the Eastern District of California, where she gained experience working on a range of civil and criminal matters. Ashley dedicates time to pro bono initiatives and has successfully briefed and argued multiple asylum cases on behalf of persecuted refugees.
