Matt Rodriguez represents employers in various types of employment disputes, including claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Labor Code, and other federal and state employment laws.
Matt also regularly provides counsel to employers in navigating California's complex employment laws.
Matt maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of human trafficking as they seek vacatur relief of their criminal records.
