India Rand practices commercial litigation and arbitration with a particular focus on resolving complex fraud, contract, and insolvency disputes across a number of industry sectors.

India's recent experience includes advising on claims arising out of the construction of power processing facilities in the Middle East, advising a listed company in relation to a significant fraud involving approximately 30 jurisdictions, acting for the liquidator of a well-known retailer following its collapse, and advising an international bank regarding allegations of carousel fraud.

India also has experience working on investor-state arbitrations on behalf of investors in the natural resources sector.
