Erich Ritter represents clients in civil litigation matters, including product liability, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and breach of contract in state and federal courts. His experience encompasses multiple stages of litigation such as discovery and motions practice.
Erich has a strong commitment to providing pro bono assistance to deserving clients. He has worked with clients in the Firm's Post-Conviction Relief Initiative for Survivors of Human Trafficking to vacate their criminal convictions and has represented tenants in disputes with their landlords through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. He also volunteers for Ales for ALS, an organization dedicated to providing funds in search of a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
