Josh Pittman represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including antitrust actions brought by civil plaintiffs and consumer protection actions brought by government actors.

Josh is currently defending an equipment manufacturer in a multidistrict litigation involving claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. He is also counseling a food and beverage manufacturer facing employment discrimination claims.

Josh has experience drafting pleadings, interviewing fact witnesses, and managing the production of ESI (electronically stored information). In his pro bono practice, Josh advised a client seeking to organize as a tax-exempt nonprofit under Ohio law and the Internal Revenue Code.

Outside of his practice, Josh serves as a debate coach for a Columbus area high school.
