James Papanikolas represents investment funds and institutional investors in a wide variety of transactions. He focuses his practice on the formation, structuring, and management of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds. James also counsels institutional investors in connection with primary and secondary investments, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. James has experience in portfolio company governance matters as well.
