James Papanikolas represents private equity fund sponsors, institutional investors, and investment advisors in a wide range of matters. He focuses his practice on the formation, structuring, and management of investment funds across multiple asset classes, including buyout, real estate, venture capital, and private credit. James also counsels institutional investors in connection with primary and secondary investments, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. He has experience in fund and portfolio company governance matters as well.
