Alyssa Perez advises public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in a range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, health care, and software and technology. Recently, Alyssa worked on matters involving a cryptocurrency exchange in connection with its $1.5 billion acquisition of a leading futures trading broker and with a major bank as an administrative agent in connection with a $500 million revolving loan secured by a portfolio of 65 industrial properties across several states.
Alyssa also has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.
