Kai Yi Ng's main areas of practice include corporate finance and debt restructuring, and he regularly acts for lenders and major corporate borrowers/sponsors in domestic and cross-border debt transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kai Yi practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm, where he advised clients on a range of debt-related transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate development financing, capital call subscription financing, and debt restructuring.
