Bella Noyen has broad experience in commercial dispute resolution involving litigation and arbitration as well as in corporate investigations. She has been a member on multiple teams that have advised on disputes involving multinational companies in a variety of industries, private investment vehicles, and high net worth individuals.
Bella's recent representations include advising on a successful multiweek English High Court trial involving the ownership of a Permiership football club; advising on a long-running successful International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim concerning the expropriation of a uranium-processing facility in Kazakhstan; and assisting in an investigation of alleged employment compliance issues within the Indian subsidiary of a multinational company.
