Thomas Miller has experience acting on a range of financings and restructurings (both performing and distressed). He has worked with sponsors, investors, and borrowers and has a particular focus on acquisitions and restructurings of multijurisdictional nonperforming loan portfolios.

Thomas recently completed a secondment with the structured products team at Goldman Sachs and previously was seconded to the loan portfolios team at CarVal Investors.
