Nick McKenna represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including antitrust, trade secrets, and contract disputes. He has represented companies in the software, information technology, and internet infrastructure industries. Nick has experience in multiple stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, and motions practice.
Nick maintains an active pro bono practice. Through the Firm's Border Project, he assists migrants seeking asylum in the United States.
Prior to law school, Nick was an educator with the Los Angeles Unified School District.
