Justin Martin represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. He has significant experience defending against claims brought under the National Labor Relations Act, including litigating some of the largest, highest-profile matters before the National Labor Relations Board. He also has extensive experience defending class and collective action wage and hour litigation and employment discrimination claims and maintains a robust practice counseling clients regarding all employment compliance matters.
Justin has experience with federal, state, and local labor and employment statutes, including the National Labor Relations Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour statutes, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and various state and local laws.
Justin also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in family court and housing court matters and currently provides counseling to nonprofit organizations on employment practices.
