Juliette Mali advises and represents Belgian and international clients in prelitigation, litigation, and arbitration proceedings, with a focus on complex commercial and cross-border disputes.
Juliette is particularly involved in matters arising from corporate transactions, insolvency and recovery matters, shareholder conflicts, corporate governance, and executive liability. She also assists clients in a wide range of commercial contract and tort matters.
