Jon McCreary's practice focuses on complex litigation in federal courts around the nation, before the International Chamber of Commerce, and in Pennsylvania state courts. He has worked on matters involving health care and tort litigation as well as contract disputes. Jon's experience ranges from discovery issues to appellate briefing.
Jon recently was part of a team that successfully settled a private arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce on behalf of a global engineering and aerospace company. He was also on a team that successfully represented one of the nation's preeminent integrated health care systems in litigation with state officials.
Jon maintains a pro bono practice, and he has handled prisoner rights issues. He has also participated in briefings before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on issues related to post-conviction relief as well as degree of guilt proceedings at the trial level.
Jon serves on the Board for the State YMCA of Pennsylvania, which provides civic engagement and leadership opportunities for teens around the commonwealth.
