Jennifer Meer represents clients in commercial litigation matters. Her pretrial litigation experience includes fact investigation, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and motion practice. She currently represents clients in actions brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).
Jennifer also maintains a pro bono practice, including representing individuals in name change cases and assisting domestic violence survivors.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a policy researcher.
