Yangyu Lim represents financial institutions, borrowers, and sponsors in domestic and cross-border debt transactions.

Yangyu has worked on a wide range of debt-related transactions, including bilateral, club, and syndicated loans; real estate, acquisition, project, and sustainability-linked financings; debt restructurings; and security arrangements/documentation.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Yangyu practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm in its banking & finance practice.
