Sophia Li represents companies, boards of directors, and corporate executives in high-stakes securities litigation, white collar defense, and government investigations across the United States and internationally.

She has experience handling shareholder disputes, internal investigations, and fraud and corruption investigations, including defending clients facing criminal prosecution and civil liability. She also advises financial institutions in investigations and inquiries brought by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) concerning fair access to banking. Her experience spans a range of industries, including banking, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, machinery and equipment manufacturing, and consumer packaging.

Sophia also represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal court and has defended clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation, including pharmaceutical manufacturers in antitrust and consumer protection cases.
