Sophia Li represents companies, boards of directors, and corporate executives in high-stakes securities litigation, white collar defense, and government investigations throughout the country and internationally.
She has experience handling shareholder disputes, internal investigations on behalf of audit committees, and fraud and corruption investigations, including defending clients facing criminal prosecution and civil liability. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including semiconductor equipment manufacturing, banking, machinery and equipment manufacturing, and consumer packaging.
Sophia also represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal court and has defended clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation, including representing pharmaceutical manufacturers in antitrust and consumer protection litigations.
