Peggy Lee has extensive experience in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance. To serve client's needs, she is also involved in capital market transactions and global antitrust practices.

Peggy has represented local and international clients in various industries, including automotive, banking, consumer goods, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, real estate, and technology. She has counseled public and private companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. She also has experience in counseling financial institutions on investment, business scheme, and compliance matters. In addition to M&A and corporate matters, Peggy has extensive experience in competition law, including merger, pyramid scheme, and defending clients in global antitrust investigations.

Peggy served as a team coach and an academic adviser for National Taiwan University for the ELSA WTO Moot Court Competition on WTO Law from 2011 to 2013.
