Madeline Clark represents clients in high-stakes cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Her practice covers a broad range of subject matters, including intellectual property, employment discrimination, and business torts. Her experience includes arguing motions, preparing expert witnesses, and drafting briefs in all phases of litigation.

Before joining Jones Day in 2021, Madeline served as a law clerk to Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Clarence Thomas of the United States Supreme Court and Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the Eleventh Circuit.
