Gary Loope represents public and private companies on a variety of corporate law matters. His practice includes corporate restructurings and domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Gary has represented clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, renewable energy, and financial services. His recent experience includes representing Array Technologies in its acquisition of Affordable Wire Management for $203 million.

Gary maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience working with clients seeking asylum in the United States as a part of the Firm's Laredo Project. Gary also regularly volunteers with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland through its brief advice clinics and "Take a Case" referral program.
