Danielle Luchetta represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, government investigations, and consumer class actions. Danielle is experienced in several aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, and drafting pleadings and pretrial motions.
Danielle also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
