Matt Krsacok focuses his practice on appellate advocacy, civil litigation, and providing strategic advice to clients facing complex legal challenges.
Matt has experience in a range of substantive areas, including complex commercial disputes, constitutional and administrative law, RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations), public nuisance, and transnational torts. He has drafted briefs in federal trial and appellate courts. In addition, Matt maintains an active pro bono practice and has worked with several teams to advocate for clients seeking habeas relief.
Before joining Jones Day, Matt served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Chad A. Readler on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
