Matt Krsacok focuses his practice on appellate advocacy, critical motions practice, and providing strategic counsel to clients facing complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Matt has represented clients in jurisdictions nationwide, and at all three levels of the federal judiciary, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Matt has played a primary role in drafting numerous successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs addressing statutory, constitutional, and administrative law issues. He frequently works on litigation involving federal regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Matt also develops creative legal strategies and regulatory comment submissions for clients navigating the regulatory process.
In addition to his client work, Matt maintains an active pro bono practice. Recently, he represented a habeas petitioner in a successful Seventh Circuit appeal resulting in a full reversal of the district court's decision on a statutory issue.
