Alex Kerrigan's practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He advises public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Alex was an associate in the private equity group of a Boston-based law firm. While in Boston he counseled private equity funds and their portfolio companies on corporate and business matters throughout a wide range of industries, including personal care and cosmetics, pet care, IT infrastructure, manufacturing, cooperative procurement, and health care.
