Anouk In den Kleef's practice focuses on legal, tax, and regulatory matters regarding private funds including private equity, buyout, real estate, and debt funds. She advises on fund formation, which includes structuring, marketing, fund governance, documenting, and registration, in investor negotiations and has in-depth experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) laws regarding the onboarding process before closing a fund.

She has handled numerous fund reviews for investors such as NN Group N.V., Bluemetric, Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management, and Van Lawick Capital and has advised various clients on fund formations such as Gilde Healthcare Partners, Capital A Management, Holland Capital Management, Ice Lake Management, BPD RCF Fundmanagement, and Beaureale Investments.
