Ryan Hill advises on a wide range of complex investment and development commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of property types including student housing, build-to-rent, logistics, hotels, office premises, and shopping centers. He advises on acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, property development, and landlord and tenant work. He also has advised on the acquisition of several distressed debt portfolios secured against real estate in England and Wales.

Ryan has extensive recent experience in the student housing and build-to-rent sectors. He has acted on numerous portfolio acquisitions and financings for iQ Student Accommodation, including the recent acquisition of the Pure Student Living and dealing with the ongoing development of the properties within the group. In addition to his experience in the student accommodation sector, Ryan has acted on a number of acquisitions and developments for Greystar.

Ryan has acted for numerous other clients including Cortland Real Estate Partners, Henderson Park, British Land, Delancey, Goldman Sachs, Hansteen, LaSalle, LondonMetric, and Macquarie.
