Robert Hart represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience in internal investigations, briefing and motions practice in state and federal courts, discovery, and witness preparation.
Robert defends clients in a broad range of matters, including cases involving business torts, products liability, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Robert is highly active in the Firm's pro bono practice and represents individuals seeking asylum in the United States. He also works on matters involving constitutional police reform as part of the Firm's Constitutional Policing & Civil Justice Reform Initiative.
