Robert defends clients in a broad range of matters, including cases involving business torts, products liability, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Robert has extensive experience in briefing and motions practice in state and federal courts, discovery, and witness preparation.

Robert has also served as an associate on numerous internal and governmental investigations, including those involving employee misconduct, fraud, and insider trading.
