Andrew Hughes practices corporate law, with a focus on private equity and private M&A. He has acted on a variety of transactions, including venture capital, joint ventures, and internal restructurings.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Andrew was an associate at Ireland's leading corporate law firm, where he worked on a wide range of M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals. Andrew has worked on transactions for a variety of clients, including large-scale domestic and international companies and investment funds as well as early stage start-ups and private investors.
