Mike Gallagher represents clients in complex contract and tort disputes in state and federal courts. He has drafted pleadings, managed discovery, taken depositions, drafted dispositive motions and briefs, and assisted with the preparation of expert reports.
Mike was part of a Jones Day team representing Pittsburgh's preeminent health care system in several high-profile commercial disputes. He has also assisted in defending a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution and a Fortune 500 technology company against breach of contract claims.
Mike has researched extensively and written about litigation and other risks facing financial institutions that conduct business with public pension plans.
