Mike Gallagher is a civil litigator who practices in state and federal courts, focusing on complex commercial matters. His practice experience, both at the trial and appellate levels, includes drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing discovery; preparing for depositions of significant fact witnesses; negotiating settlements; and working with fact and expert witnesses.

Mike was part of a Jones Day team representing Pittsburgh's preeminent health care system in several high-profile commercial disputes. He is currently involved in defending a Fortune 500 technology company against breach of contract claims. Mike also has experience representing pro bono clients in civil rights cases.
