Mike Gallagher is a litigator who focuses on complex commercial disputes. His practice experience includes drafting motions, conducting offensive and defense discovery, developing the factual record, and preparing for depositions.
Mike is currently part of a Jones Day team defending an international banking and financial services holding company in connection with disputes arising out of residential mortgage-backed securities. He is also involved in defending a Fortune 500 technology company against breach-of-contract claims.
Mike maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented a former inmate alleging civil rights violations in federal court.
