Julian Gale focuses his practice on business restructuring and reorganization, including chapter 11 proceedings, complex bankruptcy litigation, and related matters. He has particular experience in mass tort restructurings and regularly counsels distressed companies contemplating bankruptcy filings or other restructuring strategies.
Julian currently represents Aldrich Pump and Murray Boiler, affiliates of Trane Technologies, as well as Bestwall, an affiliate of Georgia-Pacific, in connection with their restructuring matters. He previously represented Red River Talc, a Johnson & Johnson affiliate.
Julian also brings significant litigation experience to his practice, having represented industry-leading defendants in consumer litigation matters, including claims arising under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and in state law defamation cases. He has counseled clients through all phases of federal litigation.
In addition, Julian maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
