Josh Gutzmann represents clients in complex civil litigation, white collar matters, and government investigations. His practice involves all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, and motions practice.
Josh maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration proceedings as part of Jones Day's Border Project.
Josh also has experience with aviation and education issues. He holds a private pilot license, and he began his career teaching high school writing.
