Josh Gutzmann joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice.
Josh has experience representing clients subject to state attorney general subpoenas and federal civil investigative demands in False Claim Act cases.
Josh also has valuable experience with issues in aviation and education. He holds a private pilot license, and he started his career teaching high school writing.
