Hilary Grubb practices commercial litigation and arbitration with a particular focus on contract, fraud, and insolvency disputes. She also has experience working on investor-state arbitrations on behalf of investors in the natural resources sector.
Hilary's recent experience includes defending High Court claims for breach of confidence on behalf of a start-up, acting on behalf of a private equity firm in an ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) arbitration involving a contractual dispute, and advising the liquidators of Angel Group in its claims against its company auditors.
