Alex Gonzalez practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has experience representing clients in federal securities class actions, counseling individuals facing criminal prosecution under anticorruption statutes, and defending clients facing U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and enforcement matters. Alex also has experience litigating complex, cross-border contractual disputes.
Alex maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration and uncontested divorce proceedings.
Prior to attending law school, Alex worked as a senior health care analyst at a market research consulting firm in New York.
