Justin Farra has represented clients in a range of transactions from angel funding to global M&A deals. His practice focuses on the representation of private equity firms, investment firms, and privately held entities in domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings, leveraged buyouts, and other strategic transactions. He also counsels clients on general corporate governance and general business law matters.
