Matt Everts focuses his practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Matt has worked on matters for clients in district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Matt has experience in various stages of litigation, including fact discovery, claim construction, and general motion practice.
Before practicing law, Matt spent seven years at a large health care software company where he managed technical projects and cross-functional teams for electronic medical records.
