Dylan Ellis focuses his practice on a broad range of complex and cross-border corporate transactions, with an emphasis on public and private M&A, private equity, and other general corporate matters. His practice includes leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, take-privates, and distressed transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters. Dylan has been involved in transactions across a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, software and technology, payments services, health care, professional services, and industrials.
