Chris Erlinger joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2022. Chris represents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and Railway Labor Act (RLA) claims. He has also advised on pay transparency laws and state WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) Acts.
Chris has drafted legal pleadings and dispositive motions and conducted both discovery and employment-related diligence.
During law school, he worked extensively with the Innocence Project to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals. Prior to law school, Chris was a lecturer in The Ohio State University's Department of Classics.
