Molly Dengler focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in a range of matters from contract disputes to health care arbitration. Her experience spans various stages of the litigation process, including discovery, writing dispositive motions, preparing for depositions and hearings, and managing arbitration proceedings.
As part of her pro bono practice, Molly assisted in representing a criminal defendant who challenged his conviction on constitutional grounds. Molly previously served as a judicial law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
