Lucy Dougherty represents clients in a variety of high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, with a focus on matters brought pursuant to the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and antitrust litigation. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, including counseling in prelitigation, fact investigation, conducting and responding to discovery, motions practice, and negotiating favorable settlements for Firm clients.
