Isaac Douglass advises on a range of financing transactions, representing investment banks, private equity funds, alternative capital providers, as well as corporate borrowers. He has a particular focus on domestic and cross-border real estate finance and has experience in financings across a variety of asset classes.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Isaac served at a national Australian law firm in Sydney where he completed secondments with the real estate debt division of a global private equity firm and with two major Australian banks.
