Henry Dickman focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, regulatory counseling, and appellate advocacy.

Henry's litigation and counseling experience spans a variety of federal statutes, including the Railway Labor Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Anti-Terrorism Act, and the Tariff Act. Henry has also litigated tort and contract claims before state and federal courts and arbitral tribunals.

Before joining Jones Day in 2023, Henry served as a law clerk to Justice Amy Coney Barrett of the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Gregory G. Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
