Carmen de San Román is a dispute resolution lawyer with experience in international arbitration and commercial domestic litigation. Her practice has included commercial disputes involving banking fraud, as well as international arbitrations arising out of construction projects for national and international clients.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Carmen practiced in the litigation and arbitration group of a British law firm in Madrid, where she advised clients on domestic and cross-border disputes across a range of commercial matters.
