Anna has represented public and private institutions, national lenders, and investors in the energy, education, banking, finance, food/agriculture, and hospitality/recreation sectors in connection with structuring, documenting, and negotiating various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and in public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects.
